FYI - The outcome of the Cincy St. X game will tell us what to expect at McCracken County for week #2 of playoffs!!!!! Looks as if this McCracken Co. bunch is a monster!!!! I suspect X will handle Daviess Co. and Manual will lose to McCracken Co. I know one is not supposed to look down the road until the next game is finished, however, the extended trip to McCracken Co. will not be a picnic. The Cincy St. X game will tell us how well we can expect the Tigers to play on the road against excellent competition. In case you havn't, check out the McCracken Co. season results on KHSAA. . . .

Tigers really need to play a very solid game in all three phases to take this one. Entering the 10th game of the season, all phases should be primed and ready to change the game and have huge impacts on the outcome of this battle. I really need the Tigers to prove to themselves that they can beat a top notch opponent on the road! This will be a tough game for the Tigers. Not saying they cant win, however, it will take some of the best football of the year, so far!!!! The week off should have helped and injuries etc., hopefully it allowed the three phases of the game to put in new schemes and wrinkles..... Tigers will need to sustain drives on offense and capitalize on green zone opportunities. Defense needs to play outstanding, as they have, and not let the Bombers have big plays!!!!! Special teams could be the difference, would like to see a punt blocked and one returned for a TD..... It will take this and a little more to defeat the Bombers. If the game goes 4 quarters, we have a chance!!!! Ill take the Tigers 17 - 14. A late interception seals it!!!! Go Tigers!!!!

When the game is over, Male will have won by at least 28 points....

If Dixie is in the post season, they have a chance! They have to win 5 games to take it all. Everybody else is in the same boat, takes 5 to win it all. Now, is it probable, Not Really . . . .

Yes LTR => That early season W over Bryan Station looks like a real strong data point at this point of the season. This has been a very interesting season to say the least. Many ups and downs!! Not really sure that any one team can be said as an absolute favorite in 6A... If any, Male. I would imagine that it will take Male everything they got and then some to overcome a second round game vs. Trinity. St. X has reason to be optimistic!!! Lots to play for and there is plenty of football to be played. Another big game this week to get another data point on the Tigers. Would be impressive to get a W over Cincy St. X on the road to end regular season. NOW is the time to get HOT!!!!!!!! Go Tigers!!!!

I really don't think there is any question that this Male team has what it takes to get the job done. However, I anticipate that Beatty will work his magic and the Rocks will score early, take advantage of opportunities and come out on top with a 23 - 21 victory..... Seen it happen too many times......

Congrats to the Freshman Soccer Team at St. Xavier for posting a 10 - 1 season. The Tigers Frosh outscored opponents 44 - 4!!! Great Job Tigers and congrats to all players, coaches, parents and team supporters!!!! :up: :up: :up:

St. X golf team represented with five juniors wins 2014 State championship by an eye popping 27 strokes over closest competitor. Congrats to the players, coaches, teammates and parents on this accomplishment. Great Job Tigers !!!!!!!
