Could a mod add 2OT to the title?

I just want to give a thumbs up in memory of Alabama Larry. I know that you are celebrating in heaven. Miss you, friend.

Congrats Male!

Male and Scott County really have done great things.

But never count the Rocks out. The playoffs will be interesting when the 3rd Seed comes to town.

Thanks.

Thanks.

tbg hooked you up!

Curious on Trinity going for 2. Not being critical, but did the Rocks just think they were dominating that much and had a play that was working, were they just getting worn out, just doesn't seem to make sense.

Congrats to CoachJ and the boys.

Yeah didn't understand that either, especially since Trinity was the home team....

I didn't understand the 2-point attempt, either. It didn't look like they were getting tired. Beatty's never been afraid to lose, though. I guess he thought T could get it in and secure the win. Didn't happen. Next week---Moeller.

Does this mean that Male is the #1 seed in the District with St X 2, T 3 and Manual 4, no matter the outcome of the Male Manual game?

yep

Trinity's regular season OT record falls to 3-7. Trinity's OT record in playoffs....8-0!

Trinity's last OT game was the 34-28 victory in 2007 State Final over St. Xavier. Trinity's previous last regular season OT game 10/3/1997...a 39-38 loss to Central. Tonight was the Rocks fifth stright regular season OT defeat dating to 1988. Trinity is now 2-2 in double OT games (1-2 reg season). The Rocks have never played a triple OT game.

T will now have to go to Male in playoffs!

What a game, phone went dead at the end. Trinity proved Male is very beatable, game couldve gone either way, held Male's offense to 14 points in regulation, Males other TD came from a defensive INT for a TD from Young. Will be an interesting playoffs for sure, this thing is far from over.
