Pelle and the other 5 seniors will play their last home game tonight at "The Station" vs. Heritage. For those of you in Northern Kentucky who haven't seen him play, you may want to see him tonight. Corey is 3rd in the state in scoring with 29 ppg-he had 31 at half vs Pendleton. This is also Wiseman's last game, who is in the top 10 in N. KY in scoring. This senior class has won 59 games in 3 years. Not bad for a senior class of 12 students!

Was this game played Saturday? If so, please give a result. If not, when will they make it up?

Channel 9 was at the Silver Grove-Ludlow game. They had all 3 of Pelle's dunks on the highlight reel. NKU coaches in attendance once again.

Grovers and the Dayton Green Devils are cancelled. Will be played either the 21st or 23rd.

Joshua Neace at Silver Grove. Films games, keeps the clock at practice, does whatever to help the Trains. A wonderful individual. GO TRAINS!

Guru, Your cousin is sinking. SOS. I have been to a good majority of the Grove's games this year. Corey Pelle gets ridden like a $3500 claimer on a Wednesday at River Downs. You may as well put Perry Outzs on his back at the start of every game. Pelle is one of the 3 quickest players in the 10th, and it is frustrating when he is constantly fouled. A big problem is they play half their games in the 9th and half in the 10th. The games are called entirely different. This thread is going nowhere. Let's all remember something here-The Trains are 14-7, have 34 boys in the school and have played Brossart twice, Campbell, Scott and Bowling Green. Keep it going Trains.

Bellevue at Silver Grove cancelled-will be played this Thursday in the Grove.

Tom Mitchell has been very poor in his officiating the last 3 games I have seen him. He seems to let guys bang, push, handcheck, etc.

Very classy by the Brossart fans. This was much deserved, as Corey scored more points by himself vs. Brossart (33) than either Calvary (31) or Bracken (29). Very nice article about Pelle and the town of Silver Grove in the Cincinnati Enquirer today.

This game is at Brossart, not Bracken. And there are a lot more teams other than Brossart and SG. Saint Patrick and Bracken are both playing well.

Year in and year out, Brossart is in the top 5 in defensive avg in the state. They are currently giving up 44 points a game. Playing the schedule they do that is a heck of an accomplishment.

The past 2 games have been 10 and 11 point margins. This will match the best backcourt in Northern Kentucky (Pelle and Wiseman avg 50 between them) against the best defensive team in the state. Should be a good one.

Scott is the 4th or 5th best team in the region. Led Brossart almost the entire game Tuesday.

The Trains have lost by 10 and 11 the last 2 meetings against Brossart. I wouldn't count them out-especially with the best backcourt out of the A schools in the 10th Region.

They usually draw this the Friday of the All "A" Classic. Usually on Insight Channel 6 in N. KY around 11 am.

Wiseman goes for 28 on 15 of 16 shooting from the free throw line. Pelle had 22, including a one handed dunk to start the game. Nelson added 14 and Steve Pelle had 12.

Owens is indeed a great player. I would rank him behind Corey Pelle, though. Two great players whether against small or bigger schools.

Looks like the 37th may be the deepest district out of the 8th, 9th or 10th.

The Big Trains jumped out early and never looked back. Wiseman and Pelle combined for 50 points. Aaron Allen and Kyle Fancher both had double digit rebounds. Dayton came out with 2 players on Pelle, but junior guard Nick Nelson had 2 threes to start the game.

He had 27 the past 2 games against Brossart-who is the best defensive team in the state. There are entire teams that struggle to get 30 against them-evidence last night with a good Montgomery Co team. In addition, how about the 29 against a good Bowling Green team.

Pelle had 40 and only played about half the game. The Grovers got up by 38 at one point. All 12 players got at least 6 minutes of pt. Score was 45 to 14 at the half.
