Silver Grove @ Brossart Wednesday Night All A Classic

Featured Replies

The past 2 games have been 10 and 11 point margins. This will match the best backcourt in Northern Kentucky (Pelle and Wiseman avg 50 between them) against the best defensive team in the state. Should be a good one.

Brossart will win because they are a beat TEAM, but it wont be by a large margin.

With the way Brossart has been playin, don't be surprise if SG stuns the state, i still will take Brossart by a few.

Does Mutsch come back for Brossart this week?

It doesn't matter either way. Brossart by 15.

Corey Pelle can take over a game, and if you key too much on him, Wiseman could hang 30 on you too. I think SG is playing well right now and I think they will want it more. This game is going to come down to who gets in foul trouble. In the first game Pelle had 2 fouls in the first or early second quarter forcing him to miss an entire quarter and the Trains only lost by 11. I think Pelle stays out of trouble and the Big Trains Shock the Stangs.

Everything bold is false IMO. Holmes in NKY and Mason's defense is every bit as good as Brossart's, and that's just in the region.

I will be attending this game and I would love to see SG pull the upset.

No way Brossart is the best defensive team in the state right now, maybe not even in the region. And let's not get carried away, SG does not have the best backcourt in NKY...

:thumb: Brossart may be the best in the region but not the state. SG certainly doesnt have the best backcourt in NKY. They are good but there are plenty of teams with excellent backcourts.

Right now, I don't even know about the region...

Best defense in the state... Mason blew them out and held them to 33 points I think.. Dont quote me on that.. Mason allowed less than Brossart, so why isnt Mason Co.s the best defense?

Year in and year out, Brossart is in the top 5 in defensive avg in the state. They are currently giving up 44 points a game. Playing the schedule they do that is a heck of an accomplishment.

sg actually outscored Brossart 7-0 in the second quarter while corey was on the bench in the first meeting. Brossart will be tough to beat at home however.
