Why can't a program's supporters, whose hasn't seen a lot of success over the years, have a little humility when they start having some. Fortunately for Hills, I am pretty sure Jake doesn't speak for the coaches. Jake...shame, shame.

Hills will have a solid team this year. That district is very competitive.

Wins in 7 on 7s may not correlate to wins in the seasons, but I wouldn't say they mean nothing. If you can video the practices and scrimmages, then they can be very powerful tool in evaluating talent and technique.

Unless you are tenured, contracts are for one year. Which means the district is not obligated to re-hire you. Happens to a lot of good teachers, unfortunately.
