Correct. Majority decides regarding seeding.

Everybody wants to host now. Since the new 38th was formed in 06, I can only recall the 06 tourney when the crowd was so packed folks had to be turned away, and that is when all 4 schools played on the same night. In order to put the tourney at Harrison or Nicholas, fans will have to come to the games, and have to be turned away. With so many college games on tv and so many other forms of entertainment at your fingertips the days of packed district tourneys are all but over. As far as seeding goes, it will never happen in the 38th as long as the same 4 teams comprise it. Nicholas and Robertson will never vote to seed, the draw is their only chance 4 out of every 5 years to make the region

Brossart did an awesome job as host. Everyone was very friendly and the tourney was run in a first class way. Hats off to all of those who were involved. Got to see a lot of young talent during the tourney. The future is bright and will be interesting in the always entertaining 10th Region.

Harrison did indeed win the 38th frosh district. They defeated both Nicholas County and Pendleton County at Pendleton on February 1. Harrison defeated GRC Frosh Feb. 2 in a regular season game, and I was told that the 40th frosh district final would be played Monday February 6. GRC is slated to play the winner of Montgomery County- Bourbon County.

Which teams are the most surpising and disappointing through the first month of the season in the 10th Region?

Harrison County has plenty of depth, talent, and athleticism. If they can commit to the defensive end, they will be the team to beat this year. Scott Kendall, Jordan Stubbs, Dillon Pulliam, and Caleb Ford are all legit threats to score anytime on offense. Tyler Wagner and J.D Kuntz are the big men on this team, and are very physical which is good for the Breds. Jordan Martin, Grant Carr, Mason Ritchie, and Tommy Vallandingham are all quality bench players who will get solid playing time and contribute. Coach Reitz is a great coach, with a lot of talent on his hands. This should be a good team and fun team to watch.

Harrison County's defense will be the key if they make it to State. A lot of new young guys will be playing in the infield, and this could be a challenge for the Breds. But they have the best player in the region in Jordan Martin, so they will be tough.

Harrison County has 4 all region players easily in Jordan Martin, Hunter Hill, John King, and Brandon Kendall.
