This job seems like one for a guy with experience. With all the turnover it would seem to be a very difficult job for a first year head coach.

People ask why so much turnover at Bourbon County. The problem is the adminstration, from the superintendent on down. No coach is going to stay around there and get treated like trash by that adminstration.

 

The people of Bourbon need to stand up for their kids and get the problem out of there. Its a shame for the kids of Bourbon.
