If Lincoln DOESN'T win it then I think it would be a huge blow to the coaching staff and players. You guys are saying they should be favorites... Heck... If they DON'T win it then there is something wrong! If there is a name that means more likely than "favorites" then that is Lincoln. Sometimes that pressure is harder than anything else...

I know for a FACT that as the ref's were walking out a father brought the trophy and sit it at the feet of the ref's. That is FACT.... not fiction. You just must have not been there at the right time because it happened. My info is dead on. Obviously you weren't there at the right time. Sorry man.... Can't deny what REALLY happens! The policeman wasn't there at that particular time.

The picture in the hearld looks like he is going to be fouled there anyway but I do know it is just a picture... The thing about it is... If Coach Hicks is going to fuss about the call then why isn't he taking responsibility for his kid taking a TERRIBLE shot?? Shouldn't he be coached up about what shot they wanted? I've seen Coach Hicks fuss at ref's before. Nothing new. Do you actually think he assigner is going to put a lot of stock in that? Out of the 14 teams that lost last night I'm sure 6-8 weren't happy at all. It's alway that way so to put the blame on an official that makes the obvious call is sort of an easy way out IMO! By the way.... One of the Scott County players parents took the 2nd place trophy and sit it next to the ref's changing room? What's THAT all about? I'm thinking that if you learn how to handle the press and not turn it over and over and over than you have the OTHER trophy.
