  1. Ummm I'm not sure on the exact cost as it depends on where you purchase it and if they're running any sales. I saw the one we've got, the Superbox Pro S4, for around $300-$400. It was a Christmas gift this year from the in laws and I've probably thanked them about 10 times for it. Long story short you can order them from various websites online but I'd make sure it seems like a reputable dealer as it sounds like there may be scammers out there. Once you get it hooked up to the TV, it works off of an internet connection. It has over 1600 live TV channels. Also offers video on demand with over 12,000 movies. Series from just about every streaming service you can imagine. Also you can playback shows from the last week on 85 different popular channels like, ESPN, A&E, AMC etc. Learning how to set up the box isn't exactly user friendly, neither is Learning all of its controls but it's well worth it. There is no set up fee or monthly fee, just the up front cost of the box. The wife and I were actually considering getting Netflix again just prior to Christmas. Now, instead we are canceling Paramount+. I love this thing.
  2. Hopefully Frederick can get healthy soon for UC. He was off to a good start before his injury. Sounds like his recovery is coming quite slowly based on comments from Wes Miller yesterday.
  3. Not sure how you all are accessing it but I've not had too many issues on my Superbox Pro. Found it on a general NFL channel, NBC Kansas City and NBC Miami. The NFL Channel has worked pretty well.
  4. It's now 19-7. Not looking good for Miami.
  5. Mahomes helmet just cracked and a piece broke off during the game. Have to wonder if those things are rated in negative temperatures.
  6. Chiefs just took a timeout AND then during the timeout, dropped the challenge flag on whether a receiver had reached the line to gain. Chiefs won the challenge but essentially wasted a timeout. Bit of a head scratcher there.
  7. Both teams seem to be effected by the cold, but as you can imagine, it seems to be hurting the team from the tropical south a little bit more.
  8. That's why I said all of the guards are guilty of it. They just don't get as much praise for their defense as Wagner does.
  9. Onyenso did do a good job today. Without him challenging shots at the rim Kentucky probably gives up another 10 points in the paint easily.
  10. And it's not just one or two, it's everyone. For as much credit as Wagner gets for his defense, he let's people dribble right by him every game.
  11. Which is why I keep harping on how much UK is missing Thiero in these SEC games. Thiero won't get pushed around like Edward's and some of the guards. Meanwhile Thiero has no timetable, due to "general soreness".
  12. As soon as they said, "when they go back and review it they'll take the points off the board", I only saw red. Kentucky essentially gets penalized a possession for a bad call by the officials. That rule needs more work.
  13. Wagner with the butterfingers down the stretch should linger with him tonight. He had a solid game going and then just checks out with the ball in Kentucky's hands and the game tied. That was basically the end of the game, Kentucky never recovered from that.
  14. Wild game. Gotta love the fight in this Kentucky team. Dillingham was a huge spark down the stretch to get it to overtime.
  15. Kentucky could really use Thiero in these SEC games. The terrible play by Edward's right before halftime is an easy dunk for Thiero because he doesn't play small and Edward's decides to dribble to the basket and pump fake. You would think he's closer to 5'8 instead of 6'8 the way he plays sometimes.
  16. Agreed. And I still haven't been able to read anywhere, whether any of Saban's former assistants might stick around. From articles I've read online, it seems as though Saban will still be around at times.
  17. It will be interesting to see if any of Saban's staff is interested in holding over and or asked to stick around.
  18. As we've all said before, no matter who the next guy is, it probably won't be good enough. So with that said, why not hire the "young" guy that's viewed as an up and coming coach that just lost in the national championship game. At least he can check one box off immediately, he knows what it takes to get to the national championship game.
  19. I'd say that means we can expect him to go about 10-16, including 4-8 from deep tomorrow against UK. Or another guy will. Kentucky just needs to stop leaving guys WIDE OPEN on the the corners because when those 3's do fall, its huge momentum for the other team playing at home.
  20. If the ground is going to be frozen I prefer a little snow to go along with it. Cold and gray is just dreary.
  21. It looks like as of now, the cold air digs deep into SEC territory this weekend. As a result, Northern Kentucky looks to be staying clear of any accumulating snow.
  22. I didn't know much about Washington's headcoach but he was certainly a contender given how quickly he elevated that program. A few more years and he might have the talent he needs in the trenches. Whether that's in Alabama or Washington remains to be seen.
  23. I went back and binge watched The Shield. I'm finishing up the 7th and final season today and tomorrow. Made it through a lot of if this week due to being off work sick a few days.
  24. Yes, his time to hang it up is probably now. I just don't see the point in dragging out a career that was so good at one point, just not to not let it end.
  25. Has Harbaugh said whether he's committed to staying at Michigan yet?
