  1. Because the day after, I'm in Florida, poolside without a care in the world. I actually bulked up early during bulking season this year, so I'm pretty confident I can get down 20 pretty easily.
  2. I'm trying to drop 20 by April 1st. I think it's doable as long as I keep my alcohol intake down on the weekends. It's the food that comes with that alcohol that tends to get me.
  3. I had to go back looking for this thread. I just read online that Michigan is offering Harbaugh a $125 million contract extension.
  4. Anyone else see the comments from Browning about the NFL being a very humbling league? Said that a Quarterback could have a few food games and then play a team where a defense does something the QB has never seen and the guy plays terrible......
  5. Has anyone else heard or read that this is in part because Louisville is swimming in debt?
  6. I disagree. Especially with NIL, the transfer portal and a 12 team play-off.
  7. You don't think 5 or 6 national championships over the next 20-25 years would cut it?
  8. It's plausible to say it. However, he grew up in Georgia, his wife even played basketball at Georgia. I think he's home. With that said, that's also why Atlanta is probably the only job he'd ever consider but I'm just not seeing it.
  9. Well hell, now we know what he's consistently good at.
  10. Keeping with that theme, Wagner was the only player to play more than a few minutes that actually had a negative +/- at -4. He played 18 minutes and finished with 2 points. Wagner was 1-6 shooting, 1 assist, 1 turnover and 1 reobound.
  11. He's typically solid or not, rarely an in between "ok" game for him so far this year. I'm still ok with him starting though because he is serviceable and IMO Sheppard and Dillingham off the bench really messes with teams. I guess if you step back and look at it, Wagner starting let's teams feel good about themselves early in the game sometimes and THEN Sheppard and Dillingham get subbed in and it's like what the heck just happened. At this point in the season the secrets out about those two but it still seems to play out the same each game.
  12. Agreed, decision making is sometimes questionable. Also one of those guys that could easily drop 30 while shooting 80% from the field. Then come back the next game and score 6 on 20% shooting.
  13. Easy to play passively when you're up 20, it is what it is. I will say, I felt the same way about the North Carolina game even though everyone celebrated it as a great quality win. I think we've seen a glimpse of what they're capable of which can sometimes leave the fans underwhelmed during some games.
  14. Did you include the as part of your parlay? I'm sure it was an option somewhere, probably even more money if you bet on a time line for the official public release.
  15. I hear ya. I guess if someone really wanted to, they could take a look at Hardin County's jail inmates that are currently housed there. Look to see how many inmates are there under the status of FEDERAL PRISONER HELD-IN TRANSIT/COURT/SERVEOUT. I would also take a look at how long they've been there. I've seen people sit in local county jails in NKY for a few months before getting transferred elsewhere. It may also have something to do with their future court dates.
  16. Exactly, I'm just not seeing much of an upside here. Unless it's an ego thing, to prove himself at that level as well. But aside from that I'm just not seeing it. Also, for comparisons sake. Saban was 56 years old when he got his 1st National title at Alabama, second over all. Kirby Smart turns 48 this week and already has 2 National titles at Georgia. He's got plenty of time if he wants to make a run at Saban's numbers.
  17. I personally know of several instances of this in federal drug cases, including currentcases awaiting trial or pleas. There's just usually not nearly as much public interest in those cases as there is in a murder case so folks don't realize it's happening. Men tend to get moved more than women due to overcrowding in the local jails.
  18. Exactly, I'm just not seeing much of an upside here. Unless it's an ego thing, to prove himself at that level as well. But aside from that I'm just not seeing it.
  19. I don't see why Smart leaves when he's got the Georgia program where it is right now. Especially knowing that Saban won't be around much longer.
  20. It was $2.55 in NKY yesterday, I had to fill up on the north side of Cinci tonight for $3.15 which seemed strange. Guess it's that holiday jump.
  21. Looking forward to kicking off the holiday weekend with this game. Not expecting a great game but anything is possible.
  22. I know Louisville is struggling, but I don't think we have to worry about this team not taking that game serious.
  23. Not that it matters, but how about the refs stopping the game to look for and I quote, "a flagrant 1, possibly a flagrant 2" on Thiero when he literally just stopped and slipped under the basket in transation defense. That was terrible.
