The writing was on the wall when Stoops #2 guy left for an in state rival. It wasn't a matter of if, but when Stoops was parting ways with Kentucky. As for the next head coach, I've got no clue. Still really disappointed Kentucky waited so long and whiffed completely on the chance to get Sumrall.

ESPN is reporting that Kentucky is expected to fire Stoops.

Girl on ESPN this morning said you could count on Josh Allen throwing an interception against the Steelers. It didn't even take 4 minutes for that to come to fruition.

Not drinking that Kool-Aid again.

My guess is they just try to play the blame game. Firing or not re-signing several coaches. It's time for Stoops to leave but I don't see it happening. It would be a pleasant surprise.

North Carolina lost to Michigan State earlier today 74-58. The best player for UNC, Caleb Wilson, is a kid that was long thought to be a Kentucky lean up until the point he chose North Carolina. He would have been a starter at the 4 spot this year at UK.

Yeah, if I was 18 choosing between Louisville and Miami, for extra cirriculures alone, it's not even close.

Man, the hits just keep coming for Louisville. Any speculation as to where he may land?

Not the easiest 8.5 cover though. Cards are vulnerable if they shoot below 40% and 30%. But shooting above 80% from the stripe will help a lot.

Nice win for Ryle. Congrats Raiders on the win and good luck moving forward. Congrats to FD on another solid season as a relatively young program. Frederick Douglas has definitely made a big impact on Kentucky Football in its short time around.

What if Corbin wins State? I'm just curious if that changes anything? For the record I am from NKY and grew up playing football in the late 90's early 2000's, so Highlands expectations for winning state championships isn't lost on me.

It has looked like Oweh has been on cruise control so far this season. I'm not sure if he's just trying to let this team develop or what, but he's not been the same as he was in February and March of last year. Lowe has played what, 20 or 30 something minutes total in 3 regular season games and 2 exhibition games. I expect both to be ok but Lowe still coming back from injury, isn't 100% right now.

Maybe in March. I still think UK has the better team once they get everyone healthy, but that's what we have to look forward to.

He has flashes but he also does everything you just said. IMO Garrison stands to lose minutes more than Moreno when Quiantance comes back. It's just a matter of how much time he loses and how he reacts to it.
