Was Magoffin the only team in the tournament to play two games in one day?

He's a good free throw shooter (18-20).

When teeing off from 12:30-2:30, plus a weather delay. The tournament was cancelled. Some players only got in 5 or 6 holes.

How did this tournament turn out? Hope it was better than the Gibson Bay tournament. Thanks

Magoffin wasn't the 4 seed....they were the 5th...Thank You. Magoffin caused Painstville some trouble on the post. The Tigers play mostly 6 players and seems that there's only so many fouls that can be called on each player. Don't know much about it, but I'm guessing the Tigers would have rather played any other team in the District besides Magoffin to make it to the region. Not saying they beat JC on their home floor by 20+. If you were there at the game, give MC "some" credit. Yell, the Tigers came out early with some air balls and maybe a little flat, but Magoffin came out ready to play. Paintsville made the plays when it counted and got the win. How many times did the officials call carrying the ball in this game?

Magoffin played really well tonight. Go Hornets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How does Paintsville feel about Magoffin, RNCSportsaholic?

Can't answer why they would play back to back. What seeds play on Wednesday? But why would you move Lawrence into the 15th Region and in the 57th District? The 57th wasn't tough enough anyway.

h.s.sportsrbest, so no TV in or around Cincinnati will cover the game?

Does anyone know if this game will be televised locally in the Cincinnati area? Thanks

A nice win for the Hornets at home against a good Sheldon Clark team.

Let's see Dark Horse.. The loss may not have hurt JC tonight against Painstville, but who do you think JC would rather play in their first game of the District? With a JC win against Paintsville @ JC they would have the winner between Magoffin or Lawrence from what I have heard. That big guy from Lawrence is tough to handle, but I've heard that Magoffin has a couple of big guys in the middle. Good win for the Tigers at JC.

What's everyone's predictions on this game? Magoffin 66 Sheldon Clark 62

Should be a good game with it being played at Wolfe Co. Does Estill have a player setting out? One got ejected this past Saturday vs Magoffin. Will go with Wolfe Co. in a close game. Wolfe Co. 65 Estill Co. 62

Magoffin won early in the season at Betsy Layne. What's your prediction of this game? I'm going with Magoffin by 6. Magoffin 67 Betsy Layne 61

Magoffin had their chances to win this game. Up 10 points early in the 4th quarter. Whoever thought the refs would be worse after the Magoffin vs Paintsville (their first meeting), was correct.

What's your predictions on this game. I'm going with Magoffin in a close one. Magoffin 71 Pike Central 66

I'll take Magoffin in a close game. Magoffin 68 Paintsville 63

Congratulations to John B. Holmes on his first start of the golf season. Seems like a Rookie on tour that was playing decent could have gotten more TV coverage.

I'm going with Magoffin in this one. Magoffin 65 Breathitt Co. 51

I will go with Magoffin. MC 63 Pikeville 54

Must have been up and down the court with all those rebounds. Alot of shots, I guess What happened to #45 at the end of the game? Anyone know?
