Two games in one day appears to have done Magoffin in. Especially since the early morning game went to overtime.

Well, I played for Magoffin once upon a time, but I'm not close enough to keep up with them as much as I'd like. I think (not 100%) that they just got the shaft in the draw on this one.

I just read the update thread, and realized that the two games in one day is a consequence of playing in a new tournament, not a scheduling error.

Two in a day is a bit much to ask in a game where the teams are fairly evenly matched.

McDavid continues to impress. He has 5 double doubles in 7 games according to Dickie. If he can keep this up, then the Tomcats will be fine this season. But one thing that the Tomcats need is for Ryan Bonner to stay out of foul trouble. He is a very talented player and he could have a major impact on the 16th region for a few years.

Time for GIAT?
