Congrats Paintsville

I was wanting to watch the Tigers in Pikeville next week...I'm glad they have advanced on to the regional tournament.

Good Updates. Congrats to Paintsville and Coach Runyon.

Great game by both teams. Grimm kept Paintsville in the game. Slone came through in the clutch and hit the game winner. Rice for MC had a great game with 28 points.

Congrats Paintsville

Me too! LOL

Way to go Tigers, and hats off to a pesky bunch of Hornets!!!

Congrats to the Tigers!! Paintsville came out flat and Magoffin came ready to play! Lucky for the Tigers to pull this one out. It could have gone either way! The Tigers are going to need to play better to do well in the Region, BUT the determination to win is certainly there! Good luck!

Magoffin gave Paintsville all they wanted, and shoulda came out on top. IMO I think the better team lost. Magoffin is overall better than Paintsville but Magoffin has had a problem all year closing out games which was the problem tonight. You have to give props to Paintsville because they did not fold under the pressure and hung around all night and came out on top on one of the best games ive seen in a LONG time. Im not taking anything away from Paintsville, they are a great team, I just think Magoffin is better and they gave it away, and never could close it out.

A scare for the Tigers, but looks like they pulled it out. Congrats

Devin Rice #32 for the Hornets is going to have a big year next year. He has some of the best post moves I have seen in a long time. You need to keep a lookout on him next year. Loosing Helton is going to hurt the Hornets tremendously. He was a excellent ball player and so was the other Senior Hornets in Brandon Sheperd and Cameron Jayne. G/L in the future guys. THe Hornets had a good season and hate to see it come to a end like this.

Sounds like a great game! Congrats to Paintsville on the win and to Magoffin on a great season!

The good thing about Magoffin County is that they have a great coach in Neil West, and you can expect their future to be very bright...
