I don't see it. He's huge, yes, but I don't wee where all the hype is coming from. His attitude takes him out of too many games. I know he's young, maybe he'll mature into a good player.

South Laurel is still a pretty good team, but without Proffit, Hammonds, and Smith, they are not a dominant one like they last few years. One look at their schedule, and its easy to see that Coach Wright probably agrees. Teams had better get them this year, IMO they are going to be better the next couple of years. Back to the game...Wonder why Smith for SL didn't play much at all in the second half? He was having a great first half, but got in foul trouble.

He was upset at the very tip off of the ballgame, and whined the entire 32 minutes. I think he actually got tossed, but never left the game. The official pointed at him, and told him to go. I agree with Rojas, Luke Dalton played his tail off, and clearly outplayed SL's St. John. SL's got some nice talent, and they're young, good thing the Jags got them this time.

It looks like no one wants the job. Kind of funny that the one coach that everyone knows really wants the UM job turned them down.

NL is going to have to play better to win this one. My prediction: If SL's St John gets in foul trouble early, I'd say NL wins. If NL's Daulton gets in foul trouble early, I'd say SL wins. As much as I hate to think it, officiating could very well influence the outcome in this one. Should be a pretty even/entertaining game.

This could be the most ridiculous post I've ever read on BGP. Accepting an invitation to the National Championship game is perpetrating a fraud? I think it would be more of a fraud for any team to dodge an invite to the NC game.

USC has played only 2 teams with winning records, OSU has played 7. USC has lost 2 games(Stanford 4-8, Oregon 8-4), OSU 1 (Illinois 9-3). Why all the obviously biased hate for OSU? Facts appear to show that their schedule is tougher than USC's.

I know you are a UM fan, for the record, the talk of Carr stepping down was prevelant amongst many of my UM friends for some time. You may indeed have a great inside source, but I don't think it was necessary on this one.
