North Laurel trailed 3-2 after 6 innings. They scored 5 runs in the top of the 7th to pull off the upset. Senior Ryan Howell threw a great game from the mound and got the complete game win for the Jaguars. More small ball gets the Jags another solid win. Was a very close game for the entire way. Boyd County led after 6. This is from the tournament in Cocoa Beach. A great team effort for North Laurel to pull off this upset! :thumb:

I don't know the name of Boyd's pitcher, but I do know that he was hitting 90+ on the gun early on. Great comeback by the Jags in the 7th inning.

As MT said, a great effort by NL senior pitcher, Ryan Howell.

That's very impressive for a HS pitcher. Very impressive indeed!

From the updates I have been getting, the Jags are 1 bad half of an inning from being 3-0 at Cocoa Beach. They will learn from that 1/2 inning and be just fine. This is a huge win for them! :thumb:

Wow! Nice win for North Laurel. Congratulations. Putting 7 runs on the board off of one of Boyds flamethrowers is very impressive.

Actually NL only put 2 on the starting pitcher. The balance were on a guy that was brought in in the 6th.
