Question for the BG folks. Does Tisdale not play on offense? Was just looking at BG stats and it has him for 3 carries, 0 yards on the season. Just curious because I thought he played offense last season? Thanks

Dang, it wasn't too long ago PRP was a legit threat. Hate to see that program down. Such a large school.

We will see for sure in the coming weeks. But very impressive in person. Offense is what I don't know about but defensively they have something most don't have - Octavius Oxendine. Kid is a monster!

Didn't Trinity beat Frederick Douglas like 35-0 in a scrimmage? I know just a scrimmage but still pretty telling. 1. Male 2. Trinity 3. North Hardin 4. Boyle County

So Ballard had to send a bunch of varsity guys right? Or maybe you are correct and the CAL JV are ridiculous.

Trinity will be fine. Been out of town and busy all week, but had a feeling this was going to be tough. This is the best offense Trinity will see this season. Orin Edwards - the QB - is a really good athlete and has really improved as a QB. DO a lot of business with several Cathedral supporters and they have been stoked about this season and the potential. They had several injuries on defense early but are healthy now and obviously played well. Trinity is missing Bradley West. Not the biggest RB but he's a huge help to that offense and he's been out with an injury. If they get him back, the offense will start to click again. They'll be OK.

I could be wrong but I think it's all but five guys will be back. Tons of juniors that start for Trinity.

That was domination. Wow, I figured Trinity would win the game but I didn't realize St. X was that lacking in playmakers and just all-around athletes. I thought the QB was supposed to be able to throw the ball. He wasn't very good tonight. I am sure they will be there for Male or Trinity to play somewhere in the playoffs but they have a long way to go to be on par with those two.

Wow! This does surprise me. I thought Meade County was a sleeper to watch...maybe it's Apollo!

I don't mean this post in any way as disrespect towards Boyle County. They are very, very good and I don't think anyone will come close to them! With that said, the score surprises me, but I figured would be a big blowout. CAL is simply not even close to what they had been in recent years. Coach LeFores wouldn't have left if he had a stacked team like he's had recently. Congrats Boyle!

Was not impressed with Ballard at all last week and this doesn't shock me.

I read on Twitter they had nine turnovers. Hard to beat anybody with nine TOs.

Male plays St. X next week and Trinity in three weeks. Ballard was a very poorly coached team IMO. Have some good looking kids, but sloppy and ugly. Special teams are terrible.

Some really good kids on South Oldham's roster. Coach Reed has done a great job of building this program. I still think the defense will be ahead of the offense most of this season, so will have to find a way to score.

South Oldham has some nice talent. Should win this one by 3-4 TDs; look for them to win a lot of games.

Question for the X folks: Was that the kid that threw it all over the place as a freshman last season at QB?
