My brain says Trinity 35-7, my heart says BG 21-20. I’m just hoping BG can compete and for no injuries.

Rocks defense will be too much.

I think the weather could play a factor in how much either team can score.

From 2007-2010, these were some very competitive games. BG typically has the athletes similar to Male, that can compete athletically with Trinity and I don't think that's different this year. I just don't think BG's offense will be able to move the ball consistently to be much of a threat to Trinity this year. I'll got with Trinity 31-7.

While I know the likely outcome is probably around 35-14 Trinity (I've seen T play several times this year), I'm still pulling for my team and won't vote against them even against the New England Patriots. Hope both teams do not sustain any injuries.

I this is a Trinity win and a big one, even though the Purples have a formidable defense.

UGH. I am not looking forward to this game and I am probably going to skip it. I don't believe Bowling Green has a chance in this game. I don't even think they have a chance to keep it close. As much as I hate to say it, but just being honest with my opinion.

 

I just hope they don't get anyone hurt, banged up or too fatigued.

Can you elaborate on why you feel the disparity?

Well Trinity beat that Warren Central (Indianapolis) team. And Bowling Green got absolutely destroyed. Absolutely destroyed by that team last year. It could have been 100-0 if they didn't agree to run the clock.

 

I realize both have different teams this year, but BG hasn't improved that much. I mean they have some but not that much. BG has a really good team, but not one of those elite killer teams. The Purples don't have the depth, still an inexperienced QB. And OL that will probably get overrun. The defense is really, really good. But they don't have enough to stop Trinity consistently.

 

I just don't think BG has enough talent to stay with this team. If Trinity plays all out.

 

I hope I am wrong and maybe it will be a little closer, but it won't be that close.

The QB, Cooper, seems to be getting more comfortable! Going from playing every other series and usually no fourth quarter due to the score, he came in 2nd half of SW game and hasn’t looked back. I believe he had 290 passing yards in 3 quarters last Friday. Cooper seems to be the leadership factor that team needed. Lots of athletes on this BG team make it fun to watch.

BG has improved greatly in the last three games. Conner Cooper gets better every game. And Bowling Green has a really good team. But if Trinity comes in all out, I just don't see how BG can hang.

 

I saw in person what that Warren Central (Indianapolis) team did to them last year and Trinity beat that team this year. I just think Trinity rolls over them cause they will be be bigger, faster and stronger with more depth at every position.

Definitely agree that Trinity has lots of weapons. I believe BG’s coaches will have to make the right play calls and have a heck of a game plan to even give their guys a fighting chance! It’ll be a great test for these guys right before playoffs!

Again, they have some strong, Determined, athletes as well! I’d rather watch 2 talented teams play rather then a blow out game any night!!
