What about Pikeville college? I thought that they usually practiced there when the high school played on the road. Maybe not though. The college also has a practice field. Maybe they gave up their turf time so valley could play.

I highly doubt Hambley will be available. With Pikeville High school Football, Jr. high football, boys and girls soccer, Pikeville college football, pikeville college boys and girls soccer, there is absolutely no carpet time left. Where is Valley practicing at? They'll need to look somewhere else for a field, I'm afraid!

I just don't see it. Prestonsburg has started out slow for the past couple years, and picked things up a bit with each game. I see them getting stronger each week, but only if they can get their fire back. :thumb:

In my opinion, they don't have that "fire" of teams past either.

Yep, I actually thought our defense did well, except for the first drive of the game. I also enjoyed watching the offense. Tim did well, I am seeing him settle nicely at QB, and Harmon is unbelievable at times. This team WILL make some major noise in the playoffs if they remain injury free, ESPECIALLY if/when Mayo returns!!!:ylsuper:

I'm sorry CoachJ, but my post about the offense was not meant to be disrespectful or negative towards you or your players, but I do not "enjoy" watching that type of football. I am a smashmouth, line 'em up and run over 'em type of guy. Like the other posters on here, I am 100% behind you and the Panthers! Next time I will clarify my posts,(heck, I don't even like passing the ball) and good luck the rest of the season!

A big linebacker picked off a Pikeville pass and ran it about 50 yds to the end zone. I think 84 caught a pass in the end zone, and maybe 6 scored the other. Not sure though.

The windows did not open either, so it was like an oven for the entire trip. Plus, I also hate that offense!!!:irked:

Pikeville has worked HARD all week. I feel like it's their's to lose. Should be a good game, though,, Pikeville needs to be "mistake free" and mentally tough. Go Panthers!
