Yes, his bench is around 290.

Yes, Cole broke the record

Cole's line for this game was 149 Yards on 7 receptions and 3 Touchdowns.

Somerset bounces back big time to move to 1-0 in district play.

Last I checked Ray Correll graduated from Somerset.

The start of the first game has been pushed back to 7 per Bob Tucker.

On October 29, 1921, Centre College beat Harvard 6-0. At the time, Harvard was a football powerhouse and had won 25 straight games. The Associated Press in 1950 considered this the biggest upset in college football in the half century. Centre's Bo McMillin, who played high school ball at Somerset High School, scored on a 32 yard touchdown run in the third quarter to become the hero for that day. McMillin went on to lead Centre to a formidable 25-2 record leading into this game. He became Coach and General Manager for the Detroit Lions in the NFL. Then became coach at Indiana University. He has to be mentioned as one of the All-Time greats.

Today.. hot off the press

Will take over the head coaching position at Anderson County

St. Henry I believe.

Who wins this game and why?

Chris Fitzpatrick is also available if needed.

Somerset won the earlier meeting 6-4. Who wins this one?

Who was on the mound for Boyle and Rock?

Somerset advances to play Mercer in the 2nd round.

Mercer advances to play Somerset in the 2nd round.

How severe is Matt Grimes' injury? Minor? or something worse?

Thanks Niner. Welcome to BGP :thumb:

No Problem. Glad to help :thumb:

Scott Spears started for the Jumpers and Corey Price closed.

I find it a bit unusual that Somerset dropped from 18th completely out of the Top 25 after not losing a game last week and beating the 5th ranked LCA Eagles.

Think of how the team they beat must feel..
