  1. He does know defense. Hopefully we will see more of a zone this year that we did last year!:thumb:
  2. Chris Adkins, tomorrow morning, in the SHS Media Center.
  3. I've heard that there might be a possible injury to Colby Brown. Does anyone have any information on whether or not this could be true?
  4. Does Daniel Pugh play baseball? If so what position does he play and how good is he.
  5. http://www.khsbca.com/06poll_april17.asp First according to this poll. It hasnt been updated since April 17th. This was a big win for the ADs.
  6. How tough is the Eagles schedule this year??
  7. Wow this score somewhat suprises me. I thought that Lex. Christian was pretty good. But from experiance, i must admit that the ADS are hard to beat when Witten pitches.
  8. Thats pretty funny rock...i like your sense of humor:laugh:
  9. It seems to me as if Corbin has improved much since they visited the patch earlier in the season.
  10. I agree with you 100 percent, over the winter, he has worked hard to develop his knuckleball to make him even harder to hit. I look for him to lead SWHS deep into the regional tournament.
  11. Leslie has really started the season off strong, when they came to Somerset for the Cumberland Valley Classic, they proved that they could really swing the bats! This team has the most offensive firepower that i have seen in a while.
  12. For some reason, i thought that Villa Madonna was a Female academy only..
  13. Pretty good story in todays Commonwealth... http://www.somerset-kentucky.com/localsports/local_story_115094025.html?keyword=topstory
  14. Here's a link to the story http://www.somerset-kentucky.com/localsports/local_story_115093219.html
  15. Good win for the Jumpers!
  16. Does anyone know how fast Curley throws?
  17. IMO, Chris would be the best possible replacement for the Jumpers.
  18. When you have kids go down, I'll agree, it is very tough to win. But think about it this way: in the three years he was there they only won one Class "A" Region championship after winning six in a row, one district win, no region appearances. So, ask yourself, how good of a coach WAS Jim Brown?
  19. :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:
  20. I got the opportunity to watch the last 2 innings of this game. The umpire was terrible. We have seen him a few times at Somerset and his strikezone is unbeliveable inconsistant. He worked Colby to death last night in the 6th inning. There was also a questionable call on the baserunning mistake that Caleb Rowe made when the 2nd basemen blocked his path to second.
  21. Any word on who the replacement will be yet?
  22. I'd say that my Jumpers are 2nd and a long way away from the tradition that St. X has built.
