  1. If you know every stat you must be very close to the program, why not walk up to Coach Code and give him all this advice? Maybe you can tell us, since your such an expert, how many Varsity coaching wins do you have in your career?
  2. It is a district seed game. Camels win they will have the top seed and play the winner of Calvary-Silver Grove. Scott would play Brossart in the other bracket.
  3. Nobody stays with the Royals this season in the 10th and maybe not in Lexington in March as well.
  4. I remember I was coaching a JV game and one of the refs didn't make the game so we only had one ref and he did a good job. About a week later he had another of our games and was working with another ref. In my opinion he missed several calls and I said "are you taking tonight off because you pulled double duty last week?" He said "that will be enough" I later said "Your going to be calling a girls JV game next week if you keep this up" He said " Your wrong." I said I agree, I meant an elementary girls game. Bang, there went the big T.
  5. We would hope that is what they will do. Any team not setting a course for Montgomery Co. for the regional shouldn't be playing......He's nearly averaging a double double, I am sure there are many more who would love to have him playing for them.
  6. Your so right as usual striker, as the mustangs should know from the seasons of 2004 and 2005. Like I said last four years its Camels two titles and mustangs two titles. Two good programs and I am sure both will be successful this coming season as well.
  7. Not sure what your talking about cchs Camel 1, Petey has pretty good hands for a big man. I agree he's not a ballhandler but what big man doesn't want to try to go with the ball on the break when he makes a steal? He knows his role and the Camels are doing just fine at 10-3.
  8. A moderator calling someone an idiot should not be tolerated when everyone one else on here is not allowed to do anything like that. Nice job Buckman!!!:fire:
  9. Pretty much as expected. Camels up 22-8 after one and up 37-15 at half. Coach Code gets to see everyone in action as all 17 Camels get some floor time. Camels now 9-3 on the season with a trip to Falmouth Friday to take on the Wildcats of Pendleton Co.:ylsuper:
  10. When someone is pulling jerseys, and pushing people in the back on layups, they are going to get heckled. When a player is going for a layup and gets intentionally pushed in the back someone is going to get hurt. Amazing how three refs can't see that stuff.
  11. Mason by 20 or more. Montgomery's guard are going to be eaten up by the Royals.
  12. Lots of turnovers for the Camels and they only made 9 of 20 free throws. Some of those were front end of the bonus. While I thought the calls were poor both ways it didn't cost the Camels the game. Montgomery likes to pull jerseys and push in the back on layups and unless the refs see that they aren't going to call it. I don't think it matters much at this point because no one is going to beat Mason in the 10th this season. As far as the Camel schedule, every team in the state schedules some games against lesser competition if you don't think so then look at the schedules. The conference does bind the Camel when it comes to scheduling. I wish they had gotten out of it when they move to the tenth.l
  13. Congrats to Coach Biggs and the Tomcats on a big district win. Good luck tomorrow against Newport Central Catholic who got a big win tonight against Trinity.
  14. Camels put up 63 with two of thirteen from the three point line. I think the Camel offense will be fine. Now giving up an average of 42 on defense per game. Camels improve to 8-2 and it was a pretty sloppy game on both ends at times. They will have to play much better tomorrow night to give Montgomery a game. Go Camels!!! Keep working hard and it will payoff with more victories. Camels put four players in double figures, Albrecht, Nerl, Ben Franzen and Jolly.
  15. The Camels scored 73 in their last victory over Johnson Central. As I said earlier on another thread, let's give Coach Code time and his offense will be fine. I'll take the Camels by 10 in this one. Love those W's, I don't care if the score is 2-1........:ylsuper:
  16. The old district configuration was Brossart, Bracken Co, Campbell Co., Pendleton Co. and Silver Grove, if your talking about the last one before the current one, although you might be thinking of the one before Campbell was moved to the 10th. OT.
  17. When was that OT back in the 80's? Pendleton Co won more districts in the mid-nineties than Campbell and since 2000 the Camels have won three, two of which were under the current coaching staff. Camel Fan is right, if you don't know the situation don't comment on it.
  18. What was the score of the Campbell Co.-Johnson Central game. Evidently no one from Montgomery County called all of the final round scores in because is isn't on the Riherds scoreboard.
  19. Under the current coaching staff the Camels have a 4-3 Varsity record against Brossart. Both team have won two district titles in the last 4 years and the Camels have been to one regional final. I would say this rivalry is pretty much even as the record states and neither team has been out coached. Hard to see where they have been out coached on either account OT. Two good programs that have been very successful IMO.
  20. Hey Tex, maybe if your team did that they would be 6-2 like the Camels.
