Lincoln wins big on the road. Congrats to Senior quarterback Sawyer Horton. He is now the all-time leading passer eclipsing the previous record set by Bryson Yaden (3,541)

I’ve been following Boyle County for years. I’ve seen a lot of Boyle teams win state championships and I’ve seen a lot of talent on those teams. But I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a Boyle team with this much talent. Which is why I made that statement. I know talent isn't everything, but as long as the Rebels keep progressing every week and keep playing together as a team, I think they get it done. Go Rebels!!!

After watching Boyle’s first two games this season, I’ll be really surprised if this team doesn’t go 15-0 and win the class 4A state championship.

Both teams come into Friday nights game looking for their first win of the season. The Cougars were shutout last week 0-36 against Lincoln county. And in week one, lost to Nelson County 6-37 The Golden Lions looked much better last week against Middlesboro, but still fell in a tight one 13-14. They also lost to Green County 20-34. Who will get their first win of the season?
