I believe Garrard county and Casey county are getting turf fields this year.

I don’t know how true this is, but I heard a rumor that Alyssa Burkhart from Garrard County has transferred to Lincoln County as well. I know that as an eighth grader last year, she was Garrard County’s leading scorer, putting up 390 points.

Bethlehem’s Leah Macy commits to Notre Dame on Monday afternoon. She is the 14th ranked player in the nation. Her top 4 list also included Connecticut, Louisville, and Kentucky.

Personally, the first call I would make, would be to current assistant coach Cassandra McWhorter. What she did for Lincoln and Somerset programs speaks volume. I think she would be a huge asset here if she wants the job.

Per Facebook, Evan Preston has resigned as head coach. He spent two seasons at Garrard County.

Not a lot of great options left, in my personal opinion. I just wonder how far down Pitino is, on his list. Maybe that would be a good route.

With a very similar schedule, the Patriots look to improve on their 4-7 record from a year ago. How will they fair? Thoughts?

Pete Carroll’s head coaching tenure with Seattle, comes to a close. As head coach, he leaves with a 28-21 preseason record, 137-89-1 regular season record, and a 10-9 post season record for a grand total of 175 wins, 119 losses, and 1 tie. He has led the Seahawks to 5 division titles, 2 NFC Championships titles, and a Super Bowl win in February 2014. So my question is this; Was this a good decision by Jody Allen and the Seahawks front office? Who is the best candidate for the head coach opening in Seattle? And will we see Pete Carroll on the sidelines again? Thoughts.
