Are parents “that” much different anywhere anymore? Little Johnny/Sally (my apologies to any Jonny’s or Sally’s out there) can’t make a layup or complete a bounce pass but in Mommy and Daddy’s eyes are the next Curry/Caitlyn!!!

Both teams are so good defensively that you knew this would be low scoring and tight but I don’t think anyone thought it would be this! When that ball ended up in Wilder’s hands you just knew he would make it. JTown didn’t give him much space all night. JTown made ZERO 3 point shots. Unheard of in this day and age.

Butler shoots it a little bit better than Jtown Give me the Bears in a tight one.

Well see that’s where X’s & O’s come in. I think North is PLENTY athletic to run with anyone, their best path is probably to be judicious in the use of pace. North controls game and wins by double digits.

Manual shoots it SO well and is very active. Defending Grivna will be a challenge but I think they can give Cole some issues. I’m going Crimson in a mild upset.

I’ll grab it hook, line, and sinker! Cooper has won the region the last two years so I’m not sure your theory is correct. They are clearly best this year BUT the best teams don’t always win the region.

I am wondering how WEB DuBois will fit into this multiplier scenario? To my knowledge (which is not much) they are different than all the other public schools in Louisville and have NO home school area. Would they be subject to the multiplier?

This is a fascinating region with the draw playing out as it did. Mid season with the draw like this everyone would have assumed JTown vs Butler (my guess). Now???? You can certainly make a case for PRP to upset Butler, but I like Butler. Dubois looks like they are playing their best ball. Butler vs Dubois should be a great semi final. In the bottom half, JTown has lost five of six and Fairdale can match them athletically. Flip a coin. DeSales vs Moore. Use the same coin!

I THINK I’ve seen that they will be named the Christian County Tigers A combo of both schools. Someone correct me if I’m wrong.

I don’t follow the Western part of the state that closely but it does seem odd to not see the Bowling Green Purples not in the 4th region tourney.

Looking at just stats, I am amazed at how well Manual shoots the 3 ball. 45% is nothing to sneeze at. They get hot at the right time at the could end someone’s season.

In the 23rd District Moore (3 seed) beat the 4 seed Bullitt Central who had beat 1 seed North Bullitt earlier in the week.

Congrats to Coach Chatham He has put in a tremendous amount of work with those young ladies and they have taken their lumps, including a 27 point drubbing the first game of the season by MALE. To see that turnaround must be very rewarding!

There is not much space around the basket when Coach Morrow plays both bigs at the same time. Eastern has beaten them twice so not a fluke. CAL had a good season and bright future if Coach can keep everyone around.

Ja Rye Brown with 41 points to lead WEB. He’s the third leading scorer in the State at almost 30 a game. Look for him on a D1 floor in two years as he’s a junior. Lions will make things interesting in the 6th region!
