Belfry graduated their QB and lineman of the year in Bo Wolford. I’d think this would be pretty competitive with both teams leaving better than before.

Bell County will likely be starting a freshman Q. I’d expect them to look more traditional in their O. As opposed to last couple years where they’ve been able to air it out a little more.

I think making it the second scrimmage would be a cool idea. Have a middle school game before.

That series won’t get resumed unless Danville comes to Boyle back to back years. Danville owes Boyle a home game after what they did in 2024.

It will be neutral.

I'm not sure if the kids plan on staying there for high school, but if they do it'll be a loss for Bowling Green on down the road. One is an OL/DL that played for FBU Team KY, and the other is a QB/Corner that did as well.

They will scrimmage Boyle, but the two won’t play.

Fun fact.. Atherton coming to Boyle is Boyle’s first home scrimmage since Haddix has taken over.

They’ve had 3-4 of their top middle school players hold back and enroll at Glasgow because Bowling Green wouldn’t allow them to.

I’m going to say no.

Trace Kincaid (Hazard) has enrolled at Perry County Central.

Their DC took an AD job in New York.

That was CALs JV. They entered them in.

Only lost to Ironton by 5 I believe it was. Got the ball back with one play from the 30 and it was deflected.

Ironton beat Boyle County by 2 in the ship at EKU.

They threw with CAL and Franklin and a couple others tonight.

QB looked really good against CAL.

Glasgow is going to Boyle next Tuesday to throw. Them and CAL.

He sent this out this morning. Gone are the days of Oklahoma and board drills. The following contact drills, if a part of workouts and practice, should be totally ELIMINATED: Any drill that promotes one-on-one tests of strength within an artificially confined area that does not permit the defensive player to angle their approach, shed the blocker, or take other evasive action; Any Bull Rush when both the rusher and the blocker are aligned more than four yards apart in an effort to reduce closing speeds and unnecessary helmet contact; Any full-speed head-on blocking or tackling drills in which the players line up more than four yards apart; and Drills such as, but not limited to, Bull in the Ring/King of the Circle, Oklahoma Drill, Offensive Line/Defensive Line In-Line Run Blocking/Board-Drill, where there is a vertical push with the defensive player making no attempt to evade the block.

Could see them going to MaxPreps rankings just to avoid trying to keep up with RPI because I have zero faith they’ll figure it out even though they have it all.
