No love for this matchup with two top 5 teams in the Region? I'll take the Cougars even in the Beechwood Crackerbox. Cougars are playing great team D. They have a bunch of role players..some bruisers..senior leadership and Trevon vs. Scotty will be interersting. This could be a very good game.

Highlands, St. Henry, and Conner should be 2 3 4 in the 9th in that order. CCH showed they are beatable tonight..should be a fun regional...disagree that 9th is down this year..I believe region top to bottom may be stronger than ever.

Credit to Ryle for hanging in and playing aggressively to start the game. Not a great time to have your point guard sick and 3 or 4 others out. Leading by 7 into the second quarter was pretty amazing. Playing 6 or 7 against CovCath pressure was too much to ask. They did keep it around 20 for most of the third and into the fourth. The Colonels will win their third state title in my opinion.

Nice win for the Raiders..great atmosphere..place was rockin! Very competitive District race!

I met Preston Murrell..JH 6'9 big man and his father on the Aau trail this past summer..liked both and root for them..class acts. You might remember JH was undefeated last year until Campbell County beat them in a great sweet 16 game. Preston hit a potential game winner but their coach had called time out a second before he shot it. Does Preston know where he is going next year?
