Scott tried man to man coverage on the Boyle receivers most of the night and soon discovered that will not work with a QB as good as Reed with the crew of receivers he has. Cameron Yates, Luke Sheperson, Reese Smith, Landon Bartleson, Reilly Colwick, Cole Lanter and even our kicker Jackson Smith could not be covered one on one.

You have got to be disappointed if you are a Raiders fan. The worst team in the league is playing you within 1 score.

Sounds like a very successful season. If they get selected is there any chance they play one of the KY teams?

First win of the season for the Panthers. First win over the Battlers in 5 tries and the first time they win the Founders Cup!

Dominating performance by the Rebels between the whistles but penalties have got to be cleaned up! -
Last year North Hardin was terrible, when it rains the visiting team has to stand in water over there ankles on the sideline. Danville and Lex Cath are horrible for the visiting fans due to the narrow access to the visitors side of the field but Danville at least has concessions on the visitors side. On the flip side of that I think Louisville Central is a good place to attend a high school football game, Belfrey is a great place with very friendly fans and Corbin has a nostalgic feel that makes it a great venue as well.

A valiant effort buy a slowly improving and very young Panther squad. Both teams are struggling mightily through there 2019 seasons and it showed as both teams made the kind of mistakes that snatch defeat from the jaws of victory, Walsh just made one less than KW did.

Tiffin, Ohio Dominican and Findlay are one rung higher on the ladder than Hillsdale this year I think. The weather may have affected their efficiency on offense a little but they did not have the consistency that the other schools do on offense. They were very big on the offensive line but the Panther defense did a pretty good job at getting pressure on the QB and keeping the running game in check. K-W's offense was no match for the Chargers defense though. On that side of the ball they were as good as any team we have faced this year.

The rain in southern Michigan made for some rough spectating Saturday.

Terrible weather conditions and equally bad officiating made this one very hard to sit through. The Panthers turned in there best effort of the season only to have it diminished by three mistakes by the officiating crew that led directly to Hillsdale touchdowns. K-W was not going to win this game anyway but it sure would have made the trip home a lot easier had it been called more accurately.

I think this one will be similar to the Mercer - Cal game with Mercer's running game being the difference maker. Mercer 28 - 17 -
Boyle County, Johnson Central or Franklin County?

I think Franklin County will handle Waggener easy enough. The game with Central with be a much better measuring stick though. -

Boyle Co. - 75% Johnson Central - 24% Franklin Co. - 1% -
The Tiffin Dragns (5-1) and leaders in the GMAC dominated the Panthers (0-6) in every aspect of the game. KWC did put one drive together in the second half as the Dragons started to substitute on defense but there was little else positive that came out of this one. As a reward the Panthers get Ohio Dominican next Saturday, the team that beat Tiffin!

Maybe this is the light at the end of the tunnel for Danville. Go in to Somerset and compete for 4 quarters definitely shows some progress.

Way, way too many weapons for the Rebels! Lanter to Lanter, Reese Smith, Luke Shepperson on both sides of the ball. It almost isn't fair.
