I think this was a step in the right direction. Hazard has a quality program...no reason to hang your head for losing a close game to them, especially one you could have easily won.

He's getting a lot of young players varsity playing time. A Freshman qb that's going to be really good once he gets some games under his belt. Two Sophomore running backs thats going to be studs in Story and Burns. Danville has 5 seniors and only three of them get playing time. Like I've seen people say on here before, you better get Danville this year because Coach Clevenger and his staff will be stocked the next couple of years.

Don't fret. Danville is the third best team in the district and that's okay. Keep working, build with the young guys, maybe put a scare into someone in the first round, then come back next season and be really good.

Listening on the radio, I thought Danville might pull away after getting the go ahead score on a pick 6.

Both of these teams are young. Hazard has just a few more seniors. I’m already excited to see this game at Hazard next year.

Hazard already has there stats up.

Trajon Campbell 24 carries for 187 yards and 1 touchdown. Reece Fletcher 19 carries for 101 yards and 1 touchdown. He also had 3 catches for 65 yards and 1 touchdown.

Nice win for Hazard. Sounds like you better get Danville now because they will roar back in a season or two.

Campbell and Fletcher are both seniors. Them two hurt Danville all night.
