Was Landon Hamilton able to play. I heard he was hurt. If he didn’t, please don’t construe this as a shot at HC for winning. I am curious as I saw him at Ryle in the District 33 and he was great. Congrats to HC.

District 33 and Region 9 are a gauntlet. Great players, great teams, great coaches and great fan bases. Good luck Jags, it was well earned!

Great job.

Families fighting with the Bishop in attendance. ???

Bella Deere hit three 3 pointers for the Jags as well

McGillis is from Little Miami in Ohio.

Rules are the rules! Rules state that kids from Ohio can live in Ohio and play sports in Kentucky (not all Kentucky schools enjoy the same opportunity). You are correct when you say "it is what it is".

I agree with your statement! I simply said the other two are better options (imho).

The CCH coaching tree HAD Franzen, Fredrick and Sorrell. In my opinion Ben and Joe are much stronger options. Like anything else, time will tell.

Crazy

What about Joe Fredrick as the HC? I believe his dad was a legend at NCC and it seems like there is a love affair between NCC and the Fredrick family. If you talk to the players (former and current), like it or not, they will tell you that Joe is the juice at CCH. It is about time he had his own gig.

Ben Franzen would be a fantastic hire! He learned from one of the best in Nancy Winstel (NKU).

I wonder why Coach Horn (NKU coach) pulled his kid before his senior year?

McHale now Horn. Isn't Horn's dad the NKU coach?

Lives in Anderson Township OH

Beiting is a beast.

Yes but not coaching JV.

No longer JV coach. As you know from Birdland, Ben is a special talent!

Who were that all tournament players?

In my opinion, Ben Franzen would have won that tournament for CCH. Super person, super mentor and super coach!

Looks like CCH should win with 5 noteworthy players compared to 2 for the others. Good luck to all.

Congrats to the Raiders, way to represent NKY and the 9th! Great week beating #5 Cooper and #1 Anderson Co. Raiders are definitely the favorite in the 9th and deservedly so.

No excuses, just stating facts and I said congrats to BCHS. They were the better team tonight. And you right Paul, it was a nice win.

Jags ONE practice in 16 days and missing players. Congrats to BCHS!

The young Jags beat the Pandas. Region 9 is WIDE open!
