NAIA D1 & D2 offer athletic scholarships. Little confused, are you saying those kids that are signing with an NAIA, like Pikeville, don't deserve the opportunity even then they may too be receiving an athletic scholarship?

Little confused. Tom, Dick or Harry still have to make the team at a NCAA D3 or the NAIA level. Just because they are paying out of pocket to attend the school doesn't make it any less of an accomplishment to make the team. Just my opinion.

You are missing a few steps. If the coach has seen you play in AAU, talks to his AAU coach or come to a HS practice(s) or game(s). If that doesn't come first then you won't be getting that call you mentioned above.

That brings a question. Finfrock seems to score really well (15+ pts) against teams that have some size that he can go at them, but on the other team he seems to stick around 8-10 points. Not seeing them play that many times was wondering if the fluctuation on Finfrok's scoring because they aren't getting the ball inside enough?

Reading LBs play by play he mentions turnovers. Seems like they have plagued them in this game and the Holmes game. I'm thinking they can button them up prior to districts.

Amazing accomplishment.. Wondering how many of these kids played 8th grade and before? I remember the Hatton kid from Dixie I thought played Varsity his 7th & 8th grade years I believe. Could be wrong.

What did Dixie to in the 1st half that they didn't do in the 2nd half?
