Where would there have been a high school aged AAU game in February?

It was a game at Nothing But Net likely not an AAU sanctioned league and more like a group of kids just goofing off playing in a league. I know a group of Soph boys that are football and baseball kids who go play for fun.

 

My guess something like that but apparently wasn't the only time it happened.

If a kid plays for a non-school team during the season he does so illegally per KHSAA rules.

 

As MTGL asked who plays an AAU game in February? Are we sure it was an AAU game?

I was told Posey was suspended for the game for playing in an AAU tourney. He did not participate in pregame warm-ups.

I'm not familiar with how AAU works, I just went with what I was told by from two different folks.....maybe that's 3 of us that don't know :poop: about AAU. :lol2:

Cats came out an punched the Birds square in the mouth in quarter #1, but then the Birds gave it right back and owned the 2nd & 3rd. However, Newport reigned supreme in the 4th.
