    Would like to hear the explanation for putting 5 teams in D1 and 3 and D2. Why wouldn't Ohio County (previously 5A) just be placed in D2 to even out the two districts? Central Hardin, Meade Co., and North Hardin do not seem like unreasonable distances for Ohio Co. Muhlenberg Co. was D2 last set and they are further west than Ohio Co.

    I'm going to use this thread to say I was wrong about the Tornado defense vs Dakota Dixon last week. Figured he would get a hard earned 100 yds. Paducah Sun listed him at 12 rushes for 33 yards. Well done Tornado D, well done. Getting a big lead early aided that effort.

    ^^That is the biggest understatement of the season!!! Very well said, and I totally agree. It seems to be an assembly line which tells me it's in the coaching from peewee up. Good, no I should say great, coachable and talented kids that soak it all up. Doing their best to keep the tradition alive.

    I had the exact same thoughts on the Caldwell / Christian game in regards to the turnovers. I give Christian the credit though for winning on the road and in a tough place to play. I have a sense Christian isn't close to playing their best football yet. I see this game as a pick'em as well.

    I totally agree Purple, especially if they were relating McCracken to the top 5 (I surely wasn't). The discussions I saw were about Ballard, then the Manual game got tossed in the mix. Another poster felt the debate was if McCracken was a "good" 6A team. Wow, guess a top 10 finish in the first two years of existence doesn't qualify one as "good". Not talking "great" or "title contender" here. Boy, sure is hard to get a crumb at the 6A table.:( Yes, I'm really glad the Mustangs have an opportunity to play Bowling Green. Win or lose it's a great thing for our program and this end of the state. From what I understand, an old hatchet had to be buried for the game to happen.
