Paducah Tilghman has a couple of good wins and a couple of losses to good teams. This week they play a Madisonville team that is just 1-3, but have played a tough schedule. Can the Tornado win at Madisonville or do the Maroons make it two straight?

PT takes this one. The maroons can not contain the speed. That being said they will have a size advantage just like almost every team PT has played thus far. PT is starting to figure things out. This team will be scary if they stay healthy come district and playoff time. PT38-14

Madisonville may be a bit of an enigma at this point in the season. They got hammered early in the year by some very good teams but bounced back last week and hammered Union co.

So is this a Dr.Jekyll / Mr. Hyde team, or are they just now getting things figured out?

Last year the Maroons had a huge front line that gave PT fits all night but I believe many of them graduated so how will that play into the outcome?

 

PT as well is still answering questions about their identity, they have not played a quality four quarters yet. They have showed ability to move the chains and put up points, but on other times they falter. The line appears to be the key factor in how their game plan goes.

 

So I guess both teams have more questions than answers, but I am going to go with PT as their offense has more breakaway capability on any given play.

I'm going to use this thread to say I was wrong about the Tornado defense vs Dakota Dixon last week. Figured he would get a hard earned 100 yds. Paducah Sun listed him at 12 rushes for 33 yards. Well done Tornado D, well done. Getting a big lead early aided that effort.
