I guess I am a little bias, but LB Chase Boling and OL Cam Bailey from Lex Cath? How about Boyle Co, you can't tell me that they have no one that is worthy of playing? Just curious to know how and who gets to decide on the players. Thanks!

No question about it, FT Highlands! Consistent winners year in and year out.

I did not attend the game but from what I heard from my in laws, it was just a mess. It rain throughout the evening and the field being natural turf was just a muddy soup. Hard for LexCath type of offense to get going.

Sorry I thought I was quoting what Bosshog's statement. About pulling the corners up closer. Anyway lets enjoy the rest of the season and hope everyone in Boyle Co stay healthy and strong and perhaps a rematch down the road.

LOL! That rematch is still down 5-6 weeks... but if that is your opinion, so be it. but then again if the corners do come up and press the wideouts, whats going to happen if LC runs a " slugo " ( slant and go ) or how about just go deep to # 2, 3, 1 and 20? All are pretty fast by the way. How about this, if you press the 4-5 wideouts, how are we going to stop the run? I am sure that coach Chuck will adjust his defense by the time/ if there is a rematch. Just hoping for another fun game.

I see the same teams at top of their class. From 1A to 6A.

It would be tough for Taylor County to come up with a win on this one. All of the injured starters and top subs for Lex Cath at the beginning of the season are back in full swing. A balance run and pass offense and now a healthy defense... Going to be tough

Wait! A school with 55 male students? Who does the scheduling at JC? They have played cupcakes ever since I can remember. I can now see why they can't advance further deep in the playoffs. Any other mountain teams or close by teams out there that they can play that will match up well with them? And please we don't want to hear they can't schedule anyone because of travel. Teams does it all the time to find good competition... ie Bowling Green couple of times a season to Lexington, Taylor Co comes to Lex and vise versa, Bryan Station traveled deep in the mountains to play Hazard. Point is, it can be done.

Both teams struggled with each others big play. Great finish to the game. To bad the extra curricular after the game will over shadow on how the game was played. After watching Station during summer 7 on 7 and like I mentioned before, They are the legit best team in the city.

Would you not want it to rain during the game? Rain means advantage Boyle Co with the ground and pound attack. Where as for LC, if the running game is not clicking, they air it out.. but if its raining, it would be hard to throw.

Sounds like he supports every teams that is not FT Highlands, Cov Cath, Lex Cath, Saint X, Trinity, Boyle Co.... you know that teams that are consistent in winning year in and year out. He like seeing those programs get defeated

Your right Lex Cath is not big nor physical. They are a mold like Cov Cath or FT Highlands which JC has a hard time stopping, you know? Those small, quick, elusive and more athletic players.

Hey bro don't mind Tommy. He is just jelly with the success of FT highlands, Cov Cath, Boyle Co, Lex Cath on a consistent basis.

And we will continue to say that 19 out of 20 years. Again and again and again and again.

They will play again later in the playoffs. Tremendous amount of respect to these 2 programs.

Unfortunately Boss that has not happened in 3 season. Perhaps this year. Boyle Co is slightly better than Lex Cath, but then again they were last season, but got beat by Mercer Co and Lex cath put into Mercer thus 3rd year in a row in the state semi's for FTH and Lex Cath.

Boyle County can't be the runner up. Both FT Highlands and Boyle Co are on the east side of the bracket. Some week west sider unfortunately will become # 2 to FT Highlands.

Love it when haters just hates on programs that wins consistently year in and year out. Keep doing what your doing FT Highlands, Cov Cath, Lex Cath, Boyle Co. and that is WIN. I dig on programs that goes deep in the playoffs every year. Unlike some programs who thinks that this is " Their Year ". and we all know who those teams and programs are... And all those teams ends up folding when the meet up with the above teams mentioned.

Bryan Station as I mentioned earlier this season will be and IS the best team in Fayette County.

I didn't think Lafayette was that good anyways. They have a defensive problem. Now before you all hammer me, just look at the score/ points they have given up. Even a bad Boone County scored 14 pts on them. They can't stop the run as Scott Co, Lex Cath, Lou Central and now HC showed. The speed of Bryan Station won't be stop either next week when they play.
