Per the update thread.

Lafayette made a furious comeback and trailing by 6 appeared to have the game winning TD with :28 left. The XP though was blocked leaving a tied game.

Bryan Station gets a long kickoff return then a 16 yard TD pass to take the game back and get the win!

As advertised. Must have been a good game.

Station is now 4-2 with their only 2 losses to Highlands and St. X. Building a pretty good resume. If they put 4 quarters together they can beat anyone.

Station can be really good. Wonder if they imploded because of their lack of discipline or Lafayette is that good and battled back. Either way, another win for the defenders. They could be 6-0.

Heck of a game.

Station led by 20 points twice in this game, at halftime and in the 3rd, but Lafayette battled back and appeared to have won it when they scored with seconds left. Station then showed why special teams are so important by blocking the go ahead extra point and then returning the ensuing kick-off to Lafayette's 17 yard line. Station QB Andre Davis then continued his great night by throwing for his fifth TD of the night to Marcus Floyd with 7 seconds left in the game.

The game was very chippy with Station having 17 penalties for 149 yards and Lafayette being penalized 11 times for 112 yards. Each team had a player ejected, a lineman for Station and for Lafayette their star receiver and WKU commit Lucky Jackson.

This culminated in a near brawl after the game ended but luckily tensions were diffused.

The Station vs Scott County and Station vs Henry Clay games will be battles.

Have to give shout outs to Lafayette Sophomore QB who ran for 269 yards and 5 TDs, Bryan Station QB who threw for 5 TDs and 342 yards, and Bryan Station WR CJ Walker who had the big return as well as 5 Receptions for 160 yards and a TD.

Lafayette battle back from double digit deficits against Scott County and LexCath, their huge O-Line wears people down and makes them quite the 2nd half team.

Station has been very disciplined lately really Lafayette showed the most discipline issues the refs were really off their game it seemed.

Lafayette went to their power game which imo they should do all the time that line is massive and woods really isn't that great throwing. Jackson their star receiver was ejected for fighting late second quarter I believe so they basically went to a wildcat using their line. station best d lineman was out for fighting too third play of the game the teams got into it pregame too very chippy game. Station had a late turn over very questionable call. The power game is the weakness of station.

Now THAT'S the way to start a HS football weekend!

Seems like no matter what, Station is going to put points on the board. You better be able to score with them. Lafayette seems to be doing well too. Mice to see the Lex schools making comebacks!

Henry Clay vs. Bryan Station has potential to be the most entertaining game in the State.

Talk about big plays and speed!

Both teams had really valuable starters get ejected.

Both teams struggled with each others big play. Great finish to the game. To bad the extra curricular after the game will over shadow on how the game was played. After watching Station during summer 7 on 7 and like I mentioned before, They are the legit best team in the city.

Coach Parks is doing great things at Station, love it.
