Really fun game to watch. Saw a ton of coaches there, high school and college. Saw some D3's and at least 1 D2 school there. Assuming Wilson and Jackson are getting plenty of looks? Both have huge potential.

Christmas Theme is usually the last home game before Christmas (at least when I was there), so I look for them to do that on 12/17 vs Campbell County. Theme for tonight I presume is "Show-up."

CovCath lost 3 starters. As has been mentioned, this is a different team than last year. No Ruthsatz, no Schult, No Heppler. Those (especially Nick's) are huge shoes to fill. They did not play last year.

To keep it on topic, CCH is in the middle of a capital campaign that the main priority (after additions to the academic building, of course) is the football lights (hopefully be next season) and entire stadium renovation after that. The campaign also includes tennis courts and a new gym (for practice purposes and more space - to be used for fundraisers and rec gym to accommodate frosh + Jv/Varsity at same time if necessary) and probably some more things that I don't know off top of my head. But what I said is absolutely true: Academic buildings will be done before anything else.

Nick was in the hospital (extreme dehydration like NewCath except worse - was released today or will be tomorrow) so I assume that's where Scott is.

You likely know more about it than I do, but (at least in last year's NCC game) I think the problem was the quick change of temperature. I remember days before the NCC game temperatures were sub-zero then jumped up to about 48 on gameday. The ground underneath the gym was frozen because of the zeros, so the jump in temperature plus 1200 fans packing in caused the floor to essentially condensate.

Snider won last year, correct? And if my memory serves me right he was chosen (at least the finalists were) BEFORE the Sweet 16 started. That would mean the bolded is almost disregarded. I wish they would wait until after the season to decide.
