The scenario you just gave would be a travel(most likely a foul). Having possession and then going to the floor is a travel unless they maintain their dribble until the land on the floor.

I never knew the rule book state both teams have to shoot the same amount of free throws and get called for the same amount of fouls

But they don't play the 3rd potentially 4th time in the regular season because of the NCKC tournament

Do away with the NCKC all of those teams are in the All A already. Retarded to play someone 5 time a year. If you play everyone in your district 3-5 time at a minimum that is unnecessarily 1/2 your schedule
