  1. Your last paragraph...yes the KHSAA does. As a matter of fact the student is automatically ruled ineligible unless they request a wavier seeking eligibility. Ineligible is the 'default" setting every time until someone seeks to change it.
  2. Exactly. Just like running back Wandale Robinson who plays at small completely nondescript Western Hills in Frankfort didn't have to go anywhere to get recruited by Alabama, Zion doesn't need to go to some super prep school to go anywhere he wants at the next level.
  3. Hummm... interesting if true, but not completely surprising. More to come I'm sure.
  4. Jimmy John's. Don't get it AT ALL.
  5. Me and my lady recently ate at Pompilios and it was freaking fantastic, one of the best meals we have had in our 9 months of dating. CFA...solid food, good fast service, but overrated. All the Cincy style chili places overrated. I'm not sure Applebee's can be overrated since almost EVERYONE hates it.
  6. Wait, so am I to assume by your comment that you thought USS Indianapolis was a good movie? Oh goodness please don't let that be the case!
  7. Outside of adding some depth, does anyone going from Shelby to Collins really take Collins from good to great, as the op seems to allude to? Don't get me wrong, it definitely doesn't hurt Collins, and it really hurts SC, but I don't know if it makes Collins all that much better or elevates them in the early season region rankings much if any above where they were. Now the other move in/transfer kids I don't know about, maybe they help a ton, maybe they don't, I don't know. It's all interesting for sure, and we'll have to wait and see.
  8. If he was making threats to the woman, even going as far as stating he would shoot her as has been reported , then this guy deserves everything a jury or judge could throw at him.
  9. We'll, you did something wrong because he didn't end up there.
  10. We're they blessing the rain?
  11. I can play between 6300 and 6400 yards...once beyond that I can start having trouble as I'm normally fairly short off the tee. I use the tees that closet match that distance normally.
  12. Grilled at a buddies house last night...burgers, chicken breasts, brats and a couple of small NY strips. Yum yum. Got some now telling me I make the best burgers they have ever had, one asking for my recipe today as he's grilling at his sisters tonight and wanted it. Gotta say it's pretty darn good.
  13. Ironically enough, the PGA Championship generally has the strongest field of the four majors, but the least "panache".
  14. The Masters is generally the weakest field of all the majors. The US Open is generally considered the toughest test of golf year end and year out and just super hard both playing wise and mentally. Now, it's all relative, someone from England would probably say the British Open is what they would chose if could win only one, and wouldn't be close, and is the oldest of the majors.
  15. The Derby? Really? Well, different strokes for different folks I guess, but horse racing would have never crossed my mind. Like said above, seems to me that's all about the horse. Anywho, I'm thinking the US Open golf championship...with the option of changing my answer. But year for year, it's generally the hardest golf tournament to win and the most prestigious in many peoples eyes. The Open is an older tournament of course, but the US open is usually much tougher. World wide, winning the Tour de France would probably be more prestigious and bring more fame and money, and though I'm no bike racing fan I might make that my top pick as it's just so hard to win and such a world event.
  16. Yep, I knew a player could visit on his dime as many as he wanted, but I couldn't remember the limit on the official visits...was thinking that it was more than 5, but now I know.
  17. ...I wasn't too sexy for my shirt. But of course we know that's not the case.
  18. ...the destination WAS known.
  19. ...they actually slept till Brooklyn?
  20. ...we all lived on a gray battle ship?
  21. ...he was standing on a corner, in Tombstone AZ.
  22. What if there wasn't a jailbreak tonight?
