Sorry fat finger I had the rd just not the 3.

I'll be at The Roy for regional game couldn't go this week was keeping the score clock for the 42nd district at Frederick Douglass.

AC! My 8th region pick has been upgraded from critical and moved out of ICU. Will be upgraded to stable condition with a draw of district runners up, Henry Co. Make room for me on the bandwagon!

I will simply repeat what I've said all season: "Never count a Glen Drury team out come tournament time."

When you're my age, you've simply seen him do it so often, it no longer amazes you.... Kudos once again to one of the regions' class acts, and the dean of 8th region coaches.

The 30th is sending two solid contenders to the Roy.

The 8th region refs won't be present in the Region tourney!

No, we have the 5th region referees in the region tournament. That could be interesting. Historically, 5th region referees have been thought of as more whistle-happy....of course, it depends on which ones we get. But it is a different brand of ball that is allowed by the officials in the Fifth.

Was shocked to see this score. Is Anderson molding at the right time? We will see shortly.

Mickey Pearson plays in the 5th region and they have allowed the region to mug and maul him all year long so they may swallow their whistle for you guys as well.

Anderson got a very favorable whistle in two games. Heck they played the same 5 players the entire game in the championship game.

Collins only played 8 and two of those played less than 2 minutes. Plus FT's were only 12 total for Anderson and 6 for Collins and 4 of Anderson's 12 I believe were in the last 2 minutes when Collins had to foul. So it looked like the refs let both teams play.

Anderson got a favorable whistle! Zero foul trouble they made more free throws in two games that the other two teams shot. 37-13 Free throw advantage in two games and zero foul trouble. Anyone in that gym for two nights not wearing navy and red knows it. I will also add that Dylan Pittman not being tourney MVP was shocking!

I will agree with you on Pittman but on FT's Anderson only Shot 31 and made 23 of those 31 as I said 4 of the 12 last night were in the last two minutes and 7 or 8 of the 19 against Spencer were in the last 2 1/2 minutes. So out of their 31 total 11 or 12 of those were at the end of the games when the teams were trying to foul. Spencer Co. while was only 2-7 three of those misses were front ends of the bonus. I don't know for sure about the rest of Spencer Co. stats because for some odd reason they still haven't posted their stats from the game on Wednesday night. So in the first 30 minutes of both games before Spencer, and Collins had to foul to catch up FT's were only 19-13 that is not real one sided.

19 fouls shots for Anderson and Spencer 7 for an entire game and Anderson is the physical aggressive team. Coke had two fouls before the first time out. Worst thing that could have happened to Spencer County. Water under the bridge, but it is something to talk about.
