Williamstown's pep band will run the opponents and their fans out of the gym. They're the best around IMO. And, I'd rather hear a band play than listen to pre-recorded music through the sound system.

If it is a physical game, the nod goes to Anderson. If the officials call a tight game, I say Walton-Verona. This should be a really good game.

Honestly never seen Hannah give anything other than her all. Even when athletes are trying their hardest, they can still have an off night. It would be tough to question her heart. She can play on my team any day.

The top of the bracket is a pick 'em. Any of the four could go to the finals. Bottom half is coming down to SK vs Shelby. I'm sure SK is the favorite to win the 8th, but don't hand out the trophies just yet. The other seven want their say.

More than just a basketball story line last night. It was Trimble's "Shoot for a Cure" night. With one of the players moms fighting cancer, it was an emotional ceremony before the game. Also honored the memory of a former Lady Raider that recently lost her battle with cancer. On the other side, Coach Osborne from Owen County was set to be a grandfather as his daughter was about to deliver as the game was in progress. I'm sure he was ready to get to Louisville and join the family. Best wishes to him and the family.

It was a crazy game of runs. Eminence came out strong and led 23-10 after 1. Trimble had a big 2nd and led 38-36 at the half. Eminence came back in the 3rd and took a 61-51 lead into the 4th. It looked like the Raiders were going to rally and the pulled close before Eminence put them away late.
