  1. That doesn't mean it equates to quality to coaching. Jury is still out on that.
  2. Mirrors teach kids and lifters in general to watch themselves lift. They need to be able to have the body awareness to feel proper position. That can't happen while staring at yourself in movement. It's not a YMCA. It's a weightroom used by athletes. Not training mirror muscles to look good. Training movements to get bigger, faster and stronger and to become better athletes.
  3. Pretty darn nice. My favorite par...NO MIRRORS
  4. The St. X student section was rushing the court. We've seen players get in altercations with fans when that happens. Nothing wrong with getting off the court in that situation. If they didn't rush the court i would have an issue with it. But since they did rush I see no problem with them not sticking around to shake hands.
  5. I actually tried to speak about the game in post #2. Things went south from there. It doesn't surprise me...
  6. I think that's a reach.
  7. Lots of poor passes led to turnovers and easy points for X. Trinity missed lots of open looks. I don't think they hit a 3 all night. One of the X players was walking off the court holding his elbow after the students rushed and piled on. Did he get hurt in the pileup?
  8. He took a job at WKU so he no longer does the Trinity game notes.
  9. I never saw them, but that team was supposed to be GOOOOOD.
  10. Just switched to Verizon and ordered one for me and the GF yesterday. Finally out of the darn Droid.
  11. Comparing track times is pointless. Unless they ran in the same heat together the times can't be compared. There are too many factors involved in each individual meet/race.
  12. 19.6 would be the 6th fastest time EVER in the 200m. Quick has the state record at 20.93s. National highschool record is 20.13s
  13. Clean play. Watch the game tonight. Watch the Monday night game tomorrow. You'll see the exact same type of tackle pretty often. Injuries happen. Clean play.
  14. You're kidding, right?
  15. Did you wait in line overnight?
  16. Marcus Green went on to have a solid career at OSU then the Seahawks for a few years. Chris Barclay went to Wake Forrest. I think he is the schools all time leading rusher. Had a decent NFL career as a return man for a couple years. Matt Sanders was their MLB. Played at UofL. When he got on the field he played well, but slowed by multiple ACL injuries. That team was stacked!
  17. What thread is this?
  18. I believe they will be PreSeason number 1 in many polls. That's pretty green to me.
  19. I want to have some of his Kool-Aid
  20. So you're saying it is not the coach, but the players that make Trinity successful?
  21. You almost make me want to actually root for X....almost
