Right...but you can't really put any stock in a win or loss by either team. Many teams don't play scrimmages to "win" them.

It's a.scrimmage, correct? Who gets excited over that?

Other sites have him listed in the 4.4's. You can't really evaluate anything based off what 40's times are. Probably the most over-hyped "test" at combines on all levels.

Your running should be similar to your lifting in terms of inensity and volume. If you're doing explosive plyo work then running should be done in a similar fashion. Shorter, more explosive sprints. Take in to account rest intervals as well. Speed is not developed while fatigued. If you are running sprints to build speed then your rest periods should be long enough for the athletes to get close to full recovery.

Pretty cool that its actually.gonna happen. I know a few yrs ago they tried to do something similar around here and it all fell through for some reason. I know it wasn't due to lack of participation. Lots of guys signed up.

"One moment in time" really got my blood pumping before the game.......NOT!!

The Trinity crowd will never travel like it does for the X game, but I thought our crowd was pretty good. I hardly saw any red in the crowd or around pregame in the foodcourt, but I saw a TON of green and white. I thought they traveled pretty well.

When is it announced?

There was a delay in the game while the officials talked at the scorer's table about this. Wasn't really paying too much attention, so I do not know what the outcome of their conversation was. I do know the talk was about the scoring error though.

Diuedonne gets it IMO. Had a great tourney and season. Tonight though, I think Manning was the best player on the floor. He had at one point 23 of SC's 33 points. Where is he going to school next year?

Frosh highlights

They possibly did that to keep Duduiene (sp?) out of foul trouble. They have a solid gaurd rotation but Nathan is the backbone of the team. Probably figured they could do with putting one of the gaurds foul trouble. They did a nice job on him though. Struggled with his shot. Think he finished with 13 boards though.

Trinity turned up the D and the 3's finally started falling in the second half. The Trinity pressure seemed to get to BE in the second half. They were grabbing their shorts early on in the 3rd quarter.

If there were a string of consectutive quick baskets made you actually would not see any of them as they happen. You'd catch all of them on replay. Just happened with 2 quick ones. Couldn't imagine 3-4-5 made quickly.

If it's anything as bad as the Football Championship broadcast it's going to be pretty terrible.
