  1. Parker Fields is going to be excellent in his HS career. How did J. Scott play for Conner? Hicks?
  2. Excellent early win for the Dogs. Dixie could have hands full with the Crusaders in that district.
  3. Unsure of how Lafayette is doing this year, but if Neace gets rolling, look out. When he gets going, it opens Davis up to knock down triple after triple.
  4. Highlands, at home, by 15+. Sisson will be too much. Plus, solid, intelligent guard play. Highlands all the way.
  5. More of the same for Ryle. I just can't believe this. They have some pieces, and I know the coaching staff works hard. Has to be very frustrating for all involved.
  6. Has Jolly not been showing up? He played well in this matchup last year, i believe.
  7. GRC by 15+. Just way too much for PC outside of Allen. Plus, GRC has some bodies to throw at DA. Allen goes for 31.
  8. Woww. 40? I knew Scott Co. was really good, but they are playing at a whole other level right now.
  9. Pendleton will roll. Question is, will Allen go for 40??
  10. Is Miller the best PG in the 9th region? How have Harding and Sisson matched up in the past? Good for Boone. Sounds like good coaching getting this team to perform after a couple bad losses to other 9th region opponents.
  11. Atmosphere should be good. It’s early in the season. However, you’ll get to see Drew Wilson who is the big attraction in Campbell County right now.
  12. Woww. Call me surprised. But, they play them for a reason. Who played well??
  13. Closer than expected after seeing the Highlands and Beechwood scores. Boone getting better?
  14. Who cares if they live within city limits. If a rule or procedure allows individuals to attend Beechwood, and it’s all legit, it shouldn’t matter. I happen to know that Beechwood is also an excellent academic school, so even if families send their kids to Beechwood to play sports, they are also getting a top notch educational experience. If it’s within the rules, what does it matter?
  15. Sisson is a big boy, and skilled. Never had his chance last year due to injury. I’ll assume no Mayer in this one?
  16. Anyone that you knew who plays particularly well in this one?
  17. I thought this might happen because Highlands has the “horses” to bang and play physical like Covington Catholic. Who played well for both sides?
  18. The physicality of Highlands could give an interesting look to the CCH game, but I think CCH will handle business. The Newport & St. Henry games will be most telling for me to see where they truly are. Highlands may win both.
  19. I don’t see the average of 50 or 41.3 happening, but high 30s for sure!
  20. Not sure how much it would have mattered. Maybe a few points. I think he’s still scoring 40+.
  21. Nice solid win for Calvary. Rusch and the boys off to a good start.
  22. Doesn’t DAs brother play for PC? How good is he?
  23. For sure. I think he’s the best in the state. Just mo
