If Dixie, in the trench's, play the way they did against NCC, Cov Cath will crush them.

Ryle or Dixie based on skill players.

Anybody have a schedule or results?

I have not heard otherwise. I would be surprised if he wasn't playing football. He could be a special player.

Franzen?

Nice catch. Did not notice that (obviously). Does not seem to be a way to sort them...

Looks like the top rated QB too...Number 11 overall! Congrats to Patrick!

I believe this topic is about spring practice. Tell me, what has been going on with your team at spring practice? Something that provides insight maybe? Something positive?

Great story about the "Burns" kid, Devon, I believe....yesterday at practice. Birds were running after practice, Dale right along with them..The whole team had gotten to the finish line, except for one. A frosh, not to be named, was struggling to finish as the team waits for him. Nobody leaves until everyone has finished...What does "Burns" do? He sprints out of the waiting pack of Birds, gets to the kid and finishes with him, all the while encouraging him....End of practice!! Great scene. What this program is all about....That and championships of course!!

That alone is worth the price of admission. This will be a tough one...Will take Dixie. I believe that Dixie's starting 5 are stronger, as a unit, than NCC. Good luck to both teams!! Should be a good one.

The Birds are really playing well right now. Dixie is a beast though....Hmmmmm---Birds by 2 in an overtime thriller!!

The subject of the thread is "Top Players" isn't it? We are talking NKY football aren't we? Why wouldn't HHS be a major topic of discussion with that subject? The success of the program speaks for itself. I do not believe anyone here has suggested that there aren't "Top Players" from other programs...But it is only common sense that HHS would be mentioned in a thread such as this.

I believe the point was that Ryle and Holmes both lost to NCC and that HHS is playing pretty well right now, particularly with Stewart being back. I think HHS is a different team than when they played those 3 during the regular season. Should be a great match-up, regardless of who it is. Hopefully they take the Birds lightly...Should they do that, they will be in for a BIG surprise! Should be fun. Good luck Birds!!

Congrats to all!! Good List!!

All tourney team members??

They did. Particularly when you consider that Lloyd started 4 juniors at the JV level, 2 of those JV started the varsity game...HHS jv is comprised of frosh and soph's.

Congrats to Austin! The Illini are lucky to have him!! Get ready for the ILL.......................INI!!

Yep. It was last weekend. Good time!! Great event!!
