  4. I think a much better schedule will bring a much better result. It is still competitive but not extreme like the opening slate last year that brought injuries and a loss of confidence. Every game is winnable, and most are challenging. I have very little info on their returning personnel, but you can obviously expect the hard-nosed football from Coach Mitchell to be the same. I'll say 6-4 (losses to NL, Harlan, Whitley, M'boro).

  6. Heard HC played well but lost a close scrimmage to Henderson Co. at the KBA Showcase on Saturday. Did anyone see it?
  7. Saw the stats from Harlan's scrimmage with Lee (VA) last night. Looks like Junior G/F Chris Begley had 18 pts. and 13 rebs. He might be ready for a breakout year. Anyone get to see them play last night?
  8. Any news or surprises from the Big Green Madness night? Heard they made pretty good money.
  9. 1. W'burg's Middle School program is excellent. Congrats Coach Kleinmann. 2. Fairview should win if the teams played a series, but I like Williamsburg on this night at home.
  10. Congrats to Russell. Better coaching staff won, in my opinion.
  11. Congrats to Fairview. Lynn Camp will be better.
  12. Trinity wins the title. Could be any of 4 or 5 teams as a runner-up.
  13. Front 4 of KC's defense makes a big difference. KC by 2 scores.
  14. It is possible, but no way you can pick against Bell right now. 42-14
  15. Link to story and stats on game. Congrats Harlan. http://www.harlandaily.com/view/full_story/10187394/article-Aerial-assault-powers-Harlan-in-rout?instance=home_sports_lead
