Harlan 2010/2011

Featured Replies

What does Harlan need to do to improve in 2010/2011? What do they need to keep doing to be sucessful? Remember, please be constructive.

Drove by the school yesterday evening to catch Donahue for a football update (man talks forever) and heard sneakers on the hardwood. What's the early scoop for this year? New players? Old players? Expectations?

Watched Harlan a lot this summer. Saragas is much improved at PG, very comfortable and knocking down shots from perimeter. I look for Ely and Begley to have breakout years. Taylor also looks solid. Most improved player far and away is Cody Logan although all have worked hard. New addition Brad Tomlin 6'4 has a soft touch and rebounds well, but his defense needs work. Also transfer Cody Nolan @ 6'4 is very athletic on the practice floor, but yet to see varsity game action. Benches about 300. This team should be much improved from last year.

They have the talent to be good this season. They should be the best Class A team in the region.

Any news or surprises from the Big Green Madness night? Heard they made pretty good money.

Harlan will be good, they have good talent and a good coach. Expect good things.

Saw the stats from Harlan's scrimmage with Lee (VA) last night. Looks like Junior G/F Chris Begley had 18 pts. and 13 rebs. He might be ready for a breakout year. Anyone get to see them play last night?
