I'm an Augusta fan and the traditional rule is I'm not allowed to make positive comments about Bracken and if I do it must be saracsm.

No. I haven't been to any of Bracken's games this year. The operative word was seen, therefore I didn't list anyone I haven't seen. Nothing more so don't make assumptions.

This is the way......the only way my Panthers reach the the heights I know they want to achieve. I hope this became apparent to all the team over these past 4-5 games. Had they played this way consistently they would have arguably beat both PC & MC. As stated, it's the way they played CC. Proud of my young friends to hang in and keep battling mentally and physically.

Well, that settles that........at least temporarily.

I didn't get to see LC play but I thought they were apparently much better than what the results of this tournament indicate. Any reason or did I just have the wrong impression?

"Any team, any given night". Tournaments will be decided by who's hot at the right time. Who can string together 6-8 wins through the District and Region play in the 8th, 9th & 10th

Volatile topic. Parents and kids should make the best decision for themselves based upon multiple facets and not just sports IMHO........

He had my vote (if I had one) from the beginning. I think he does a great job of making his team better 1st and takes on what ever role that may be. I understand he's a great kid with high academics.

Pig had it going tonight on both ends and looks like the best player in the region I've seen play. However, and not to take anything away from Mason, but Augusta's " "Matador Defense" and unforced turnovers was the difference tonight. We've got a lot of work to do if we want to have a chance to win this Region. I have faith that we will make the mental and team adjustments to be there.

In case you missed it......this Augusta team beat Hinson at his place a couple of weeks ago so there goes that logic.

I saw this one coming. Paintsville beat Powell by 11 earlier and I saw Augusta beat Powell handily but any road win is good regardless of the level of competition. BC proving my prognostications to be correct thus far. Crawford will carry them a long way.

It's what young teams do but Sophomores become Juniors so it'll get better.

Good for RCHS. Glad they got a win. I never feel bad Latin on the court because most everybody will be working for them at some point in the future.

Good win for CC but I believe MoCo was ranked too highly early. It's just wide open in the 10th

I think I'm beginning to see what some of CC's problems are by seeing this thread. Lots of dissention apparently. Never ceases to amaze me how the same people that cheered for you last year are the first to throw you under the bus when you lose a few this year.

Big win for PC. They're a very dangerous team in the 10th. Keaton getting it done for the home folks.
