You don't like them because they are 7-1 lifetime vs the Bengals.. Of those 7 wins include 2 playoff wins / 2 division title clinchers / and 1 win when Bengals were 8-0.. All pretty big wins... And Chiefs were not depleted last year playoffs when they smoked them 30-0 in Houston.

I love NFL but rarely watch the Thursday games unless its Thanksgiving of course.. Would rather them go back to old days that when college ended there were always a couple of games on Saturdays....

Future is very bright in Bracken and they very well may win the district next year - they will be solid, Well coached. But to call them early favorite to win a district where a team has beaten BC by a combined score of 69-13 previous two years is probably a bit of stretch..

Would have liked to have seen the big fella for CC roll more to basket after setting the hi screens.. Moeller may have been doing a good job taking that away or possibly by design but noticed after setting the hi screen the big would flash out or stay put more than roll towards basket..

That's a good question and where I was going with the Washington schedule vs Penn State. If Im AD at Penn State I say drop Pitt and add IUPUI kinda like what Washington did with Portland State and Idaho..

I hear ya... I just think Committee is kinda sending a message non conference schedule is meaningless.. Didn't Baylor and or TCU get penalized for this a couple of years ago and committee specifically said 'weak non conference opponents" - My take is do away with conference championship weekend.. expand to 8 teams and seed - Have those teams play in lieu of conference championship weekend.. Then Get your final 4 for BCS bowls.. that way bowl tradition etc stays in tact.. Just my take how you could expand to 8 and not lose the bowl traditions.....

Don't forget that they not only dealt with the rumors of Herman leaving the week of Memphis loss - that they also dealt with being the "prohibitive favorite" for Big 12 expansion until Big 12 decided otherwise - that was same week as SMU loss. Had to be a huge let down for those boys going from everyone saying they were in to back to the American.
