If they move down to DII then they should hire Rick Shumate he Has only lost 1 conference game in 3 yrs in the small school group . If they wanna win District again then they better hire someone like the Head coach at Cooper.

He's good but also had a lot of help behind him and a good line. A QB and Running back only as good as the O-line.Hard to throw from your back

Like I said before Rogg IMO from watchin him as a Freshmen he see's the field alot better than the Smith kid did last year. Smith had a few rushing TDs but not many throwing yds or TDs. And Rogg has good leadership skills I think the kids would follow him more. They got a good group of kids that are young and got talent. they got some good skill players if they get the line together they could do some damage and IMO thats where it starts. Plus they got to play as A TEAM and not who scores the most TDs or rushes for more yards and put down your teammates for a mistake. Thats what I seen from this Varisty and JV teams last yr. But Like i said IMO. What do I know I just sit in the stands watching some football Leave the hard job to Coach D. BTW I think he doing a good job getting these kids in the weight room and making it fun for them.

Most places that serve the food wont let you take it in the gym area. Some places wont even let you take a bottle of water in there to watch the game.

If both Dayton and Beechwood win out next Fridays game between Dayton and Beechwood is for the title. Dayton I know have 3 games between now and then. Heritage Sunday,Calvery Monday,Ludlow Tuesday.

I think Dayton has alot coming up. Their Jv team has only lost maybe 4 games and they havent had a full squad all year and they all are 10th graders no jrs on team. They will be in the top half in DIII for a few years to come

Newport Is for real. Great student section.Wish I could say that about Beechwood they cried about every call against them in the 2 losses i've seen this year. BTW That #3 Nussbaum {Beechwood}is A great ballplayer for a freshmen lookout for him. Should be a Great game tomorrow should NCC win.

The coach in question has been around Dayton A few years hard to believe he would say anything derogatory to any adult more less to a kid.He is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. I think the refs try to let some rough play go at first and then had a hard time controlling the game when it started to get out of hand. But all in all it was a goodnight of basketball.

A good win for a team that has worked hard. Nice to see Dayton fans Show up there cheering. It was loud all night almost felt like a home game.
